Various minor issues to fix

• logo not centered on wide screens
• failed recaptcha doesn't inform user, correctly blocks update though
• ReCaptcha too big on mobile
• /var/log/apache2/error.log has errors that need to be fixed(undefined variables) - Cannot reproduce
• admin panel not centered

Deploy to Live

Things needed to deploy to live

• Update live DB with new fields/tables(dev is not yet dumped)
• Extensive testing of all aspects of LIVE version of site
• Set up SSL
• Transfer domain to point to the new site
• Make Google reCaptcha work with keith's domain
• Email all players their new temporary passwords

Redesign how players pick their sports

Cascading dropdowns for sports for players. Select traits based on which sport chosen - get info from keith

Registration redirect is failing. Needs fixing

After you register a new account, the redirect to their profile causes Firefox to continually ask to resend data indefinitely

Some items are not being added to the fields if they are already set.

i.e. cell phone, home phone, sport
