Can't compile

Hello!
I was unable to compile the build here due to a configuration error. Here's the message below:

  make all
cd htslib && autoreconf
autoreconf: 'configure.ac' or 'configure.in' is required
Makefile:14: recipe for target 'htslib/configure' failed
