mobile version bottom up button

Hi with android 5 on a samsung s5 using chrome i see the button cover partially the footer.

Hover on social media icons by the footer

I imagined that the text would only appear on hover. I don't know if it's been changed to show at all times for useability reason? If not couldn't we just color the text same color as the background when not hovered?
If we need to keep the text at all times, then I think we should add color on text and icon by hover :)

in attach a screenshot with details.

In the low part of the footer appear:
"Joomla Logo 2005 - 2016 Open Source Matters, Inc. All Rights Reserved"

when i do "mouse hover" on the Joomla! Logo appears the image title:

"Joomla! Frontpage"

what about "Joomla.org" instead of "Joomla! Frontpage"?
