Временно приостанавливать программу и выводить предупредительный текст, когда выходит капча

Обновление ChromeDriver

Старая версия ChromeDriver, которая лежит в архиве для Windows, устарела и не видит установленный в системе браузер
Для хлебушков вроде меня, которые делают чисто по инструкции/видео, может стать проблемой
Взял новую версию https://sites.google.com/chromium.org/driver/, и всё заработало
