Handle versions
In the current configuration file, versions are not considered.
They are also not considered in the ResourceHandlerWrapper.
Have to figure out, how to handle em.
Implement intelligent + performant ResourceResolver
Implement runtime reloading
The Servlet for reloading configurations during runtime currently is just a stub.
Create Web-Service API
with the reload servlet, we could also do a lot of other stuff:
- list libraries/mirrors/resources
- add a library/mirror/resource
- remove a library/mirror/resource
- disable handling of a library/mirror/resource
- change the mirror distribution algorithm (round robin, random, etc.)
- enable/disable request-tracking/counting
- enable/disable whole library
- save new config file to WEB-INF folder
- download config file
- store config file somewhere else
