About Project

This project is the landing page cum dashboard web app for copod studio that is being built with open source technologies and is provided as a bounty on our Dominate Twitter Club, also have a read on the Contribution Guide section for rules regarding contribution to the project.

Contribution Guide

To contribute to the project first fork it from Github and then create a new branch with any name you prefer and start building.

Make sure you fork the project and not just simply clone it, forking the project will make a seperate copy on your github handle so that you can manage your own changes and only push the required ones to the main repo here.

we also adhere to the conventional commits standard for commiting messages so make sure you write your commit messages in that manner

Deploying the App

Netlify

• Fork the project
• Create a new project in Netlify
• Click Deploy > using github > Choose github repo
• Create these Environment Variables

NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL
NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY
DEPLOYMENT_URL

Create a supabase project with postgres db if not already, then find its URL and ANON Key on supabase.com

Deployment URL is used fill the meta data json

Create home page for copod

This is the place where a Podcast Host will first understand the copod concept.

Copod is a managed podcast recording studio, situated on West End Marg, New Delhi. Our main focus is hospitality and quality of the podcast recording.

A host doesn't have to spend lakhs in buying all the mic, camera, lights, mixers and what not. Neither do they need a space, sofa, ambience and an attendant.

Copod has got them covered!

Before starting work on Homepage, please share inspiration ideas and screenshots here, lets first finalise the theme, design and positioning. And then dive into coding.

Landing page like all other pages should be responsive and shall work perfectly on desktop, mobile and tablets.

Booking Page

Host of a podcast, should be able to

• Choose location
• Find available slots, in near future and search by date
• choose number of guests, 1-3
• Choose category, silver/gold/diamond
• Discount/referral Code

Pricing changes according to the change in these.

This is an unauthenticated route,
After finding the perfect slot, user should be asked to login before booking.

Login Page

From the landing page, user is directed to the Login Page.

Use Supabase Auth with email and next-middleware to guard authenticated routes

Login page should also have privacy policy and terms of use components.

The current hero section goes haywire when opened on mobile browser.

• Text and button should be centerized
• Size of text should be smaller
• Form should be in center
• Background of form should be black
