should we remove tailwindcss and react

This project initially used Tailwind CSS and React for rapid development, but the size of the package after bundling is too large. We need to reduce the bundle size to make this project lighter.

Create a Vite plugin that can automatically import a script through configuration options during the development stage, and ensure that this script is only loaded during the development stage.

Sample page error
