The bullet points through the whole look weird and are hard to read. Should probably be a numbered list.

Minor nit, but footer should be updated throughout all projects to 2018

Prerequisites tutorial links are not correct

Links to tutorials in Prerequisites for the following docs are not correct:

• VS tutorial 3
• VS tutorial 4
• VS Code tutorial 3
• VS Code tutorial 4

I can send a PR later, after I submit the PR that I'm currently working on.

Tutorial 4 - Add search

Was going through the Tutorials before .netConf 2018, found a broken link in Tutorial 3

And after updating that link and after completing that tutorial, I moved to Tutorial 4 , and the tutorial seems to be missing a few instructions. Kindly please check. Cheers.

dotnet ef command when .netcore 3.0 installed

On my machine .netcore 2.2 and .netcore 3.0 preview installed. When I ran through the tutorial, I was getting error about dotnet ef command not being found. I installed the dotnet-ef global tool and it worked.
After uninstalling .netcore 3.0 and removing dotnet-ef global tool I was able to run dotnet ef commands without needing the global tool.

We should consider adding a note for users with .netcore 3.0 installed, letting them know to install dotnet-ef global tool.
