Add additional members to society
Two related problems came up with the last budget submissions
- some societies have multiple presidents/treasurers
- some societies wanted more people to be able to access and edit the budget than just those who have access by default
These can both be solved by creating an AdditionalMember class, and allowing the addition of more committee members
Create API
Create an API so that the Treasurer can access the data directly without needing to copy-and-paste from the site
