Handle EVERYTHING ANTLR4 supports.

Things left to parse:

• tokens {...}
• options {...}
• channels {...}
• import [...];
• various pipe-lining, i.e. -> (something),(smth2),...
• in-line code, i.e. myRule: 'Hello' { System.out.println("hello"); };

Most of the code in this repo is prototype-level, meaning it's quite ugly and rushed. It will need to be cleaned up.

Rewrite using ANTLR4?

This is an interesting proposition, but it would require a large amount of work and increase the binary size by a lot.

Multi-thread processing from Main

This could be implemented as an input command, i.e. -t 8 and set to 2 by default.

Tokenize more characters

Currently the characters tokenized are hard-coded, it would be better to just pull all characters from UTF-8 and go from there.
