Bootmii boot not an option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install bootmii ios, then uninstall, then install...don't ask
2. Launch bootmii config-editor from HBC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Autoboot: HBC, SystemMenu, BootmiiIOS
Instead I only have HBC, SystemMenu
I do see bootmiiios inside HBC.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4, 4.2U

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried restarting wii.

Compatibility with switch2uneek and switch2sneek

This isn't really an issue, but an idea.

I was thinking about how that app works out. If it detects bootmii already 
there, it changes it's folder name to bootmiibackup, then it changes the folder 
name of S/UNEEK folder to bootmii, depending on the software. I'm thinking if 
it's possible to add to this program something that would detect those folders 
as well, and even restore them to bootmii if it detects boot.ini in any of them.

Again, just an idea. Sadly, I'm not experienced enough to find the some bits of 
code and try to add it to the right place.
