Allow removal of stacktrace

If a test visits a lot of pages the output can stack up quite dramatically. We should be able to turn this off.

notice 'HtmlOutputPrinterTrait" trait is considered internal'

Running a kernel test produces this deprecation notice:

  1x: The "Drupal\Tests\Listeners\HtmlOutputPrinterTrait" trait is considered internal. It may change without further notice. You should not use it from "dpi\EnhancedDrupalPhpunitResults\EnhancedResultPrinter".

Add backtrace to artifact output

I think it would be useful to add the relevant stack/backtrace to artifacts themselves, so you dont need to refer to console output. And in case CI runners use a different printer.

Add fixed position back/forward buttons to artifacts

I find it annoying on some projects that the global theme/admin theme can sometimes impact the positions of artifact previous/next buttons making it difficult to spam-click the buttons to navigate. The buttons will jump around according to the theme in context. It would be helpful to inline some CSS just for the buttons
