debian support

I can't run the server/listener on debian stretch 9.5, kernel 4.9

user@machine:~/$ sudo netperfmeter 9000

Version 1.9.0-1.9.3 doesn't compile on FreeBSD 13.1 with -DNDEBUG defined

If you try to compile with -DNDEBUG defined build fails with

src/tools.cc:1140:25: error: use of undeclared identifier 'uniform'
   const double value = uniform(0.0, (double)0xffffffff);

When i use with mptcp, but only 1 flow is transmitting?

and it tell me two warning
1.Failed to set MPTCP_PATH_MANAGER on MPTCP socket - Operation mot permitted
2.Failed to set MPTCP_SCHRDULER on MPTCP socket - Operation mot permitted

why?

Can you please guide about possibility of adding netperfmeter patch in OMNeT++ version 5.4.1 under windows platform. Or should I go for Linux installation?
