problems with TypeError:RNG

I am a beginner in Julia. Error when testing FEBOL package under ubuntu 16.04:
ERROR: LoadError: LoadError: LoadError: TypeError: Type: in RNG, expected RNG<:AbstractRNG, got Type{ParticleFilters.LowVarianceResampler}

I tried to modify the PF structure on line 46 of pf.jl, but the error is still there. I don't know how to sovle this with connection to ParticleFilters.jl. I have installed some required dependencies. Could it be that the Julia v0.6 version is too old?
