master doesn't build - can't find a ws2812-pio revision that compiles

This doesn't compile for me. It seems like ws2812-pio has evolved and no longer is compatible. I have not been able to find any revision of that repo that works. (It compiles and seems to work fine if removing ws2812-pio.)

If you can confirm the problem, can you please specify a revision that works?

I believe non keys should just be represented with NoOps

Investigate hid device + serial device

Someone in rp-rs matrix suggested switching between an hid device and serial device by switching USB class on the same USB bus. This could maybe be useful for debugging or sending commands to the keyboard
