[Feature Request] floating button to open LayoutInspector and make UI draggable

First of all. thanks for your project.

[1] I hope that i could open Inspector via a floating button on home screen. I'm using a Pixel and i turn off "Hold Home for Assistant" in 3-button navigation and i forgot about this settings so i struggle to open LayoutInspector but failed before i finally recalling this settings.

[2] make the Inspector UI draggable/movable. Currently the UI is shown in the bottom of the screen , however it will cover the underneath element which i want to inspect.
