Avocado

Avocado is a plugin that uses alexjlockwood/avocado line tool (similar to svgo) that optimizes Android VectorDrawable (VD) and AnimatedVectorDrawable (AVD) xml files.

Installation

• Using the IDE built-in plugin system:

  Settings/Preferences > Plugins > Marketplace > Search for "Avocado" > Install

• Manually:

  Download the latest release and install it manually using Settings/Preferences > Plugins > ⚙️ > Install plugin from disk...

[Suggestion] Ability to process all selected files

Right now it only processes only the first file selected, even if there are multiple

Request: offer context menu on folders too, and not just on files

As the title says.
It's easier to apply it on the folder of the drawables, instead of finding which files are the newest.

[Suggestion] Include in Commit window context menu

Request: offer context menu on "commit..." window too, and remove it from places it doesn't make sense to show it

When I import multiple SVG files (into VectorDrawable) with various names , it's a bit annoying to find them manually and then choosing to use the addon.
Instead it could be nice to do it via the "commit..." window (the one that shows "Default changelist" as the root of the tree), as it shows the recently added files of the current branch.
Please offer the context menu there too, so that I could choose all files there and perform the optimization.

Also, please remove the context menu being offered from places that don't make sense , such as non-VectorDrawable files (java/kt files, for example), unless you see that the selected folder has them as children or "descendants"

Can't use for some reason

I wanted to see if this plugin can help to optimize some VectorDrawable files of Android projects inside Android Studio.

I tried to install and use this plugin but it doesn't seem to do anything and even show if there was an error:
alexjlockwood/avocado#45

Was told to install Node, and so I tried to install it from here, including all that it provides (waited for about half an hour to install all extras of it):

Request: after optimization, also reformat the file using current settings of the project

As the title says.
Or offer an option to do it.
