dta's Issues

Code can't be modified

I find that code(m files named "CREATE_NETWORK_PROPERTIES.m" in 'DTA-master\DNL Braess network' ) can't be modified including comments.

The OD_demand in Siouxfalls network may be wrong

I appreciate this excellent document, which help me a lot in coding my algorithm. However, the OD_demand in Siouxfalls network may be wrong, as can be seen in https://github.com/bstabler/TransportationNetworks/blob/master/SiouxFalls/SiouxFalls_net.tntp, which is a referencee in the article of this project. The demand in this project is not the same.
