Add FLAC support

thinking about it.. i'd rather not couptle this with saunaklub-collection and rather just update the ogg metadata properly. then sc_create_metafile gets an option to read from taglib instead of discogs and does all the renaming. see #11

add option to pass song length for reconversion, don't loop if possible

this is a problem with the regexp we use to find name[subsong] wav files. should make the braces explicit probably, instead of name*

Mirrored tree structure option

Think about how to realize a mirrored tree structure, we would have to specify a base directory, output base directory, and interpret all pathes as relative to the base directories. How shall absolute paths be handled? Probably it's best to abort in that case to keep things simple.

option for output directory

We need an option to specify the output directory. If none is given the files will just be created next to their respective source files.

Enable passing single files as well as folders, add a --recursive option

several SID tunes stay silent, e.g. Goto80 - BFP_2013_Invite.. Investigate!

sc68 fails on some SND files, e.g. YM Rockerz 007 - Seven

Gotta check why sc68 is failing and if there's a more reliable SND player for linux. It seems that only STsndplay could be used. An alternative might be to run the actual sndplayer in an "headless" emulator session (e.g. hatari) and redirect the sound output. Gotta investigate wether that's possible..
