Install

Clone this repo or download the zip file and place the contents into your include/plugins folder. Insert Telegrams Bot URL for your bot (ex. https://api.telegram.org/bot<token>/) and Chat ID.

I have installed the last version, osTicket Core, v1.14.1, but I can´t get to work telegram plugin.

Is there telegram plugin compatible with osTicket v1.14.1?
Why I can configure it?

notifications from email tickets don't work

drtomasso, hi! Thx for the plugin. It works fine, but when tickets are opened through web interface of osticket.
In situation when clients open tickets via email - I don't recieve notifications. Is it right?

Is there a way to receive even phone number and the text of the ticket in notification message?

issue with - at begging of chatID

Hi I'm trying plug in and it's working still with 1.14.5 version.
The only issue I have is with a group ID.
My group id start with - and it's not allowed to use it in configuration.
If I put the correct ID directly on database it works
Any reason to avoid - in group ID ?

I have one question. Is it possible to add to notifications text of the ticket?
I was looking for something like that getBody, getMessage, but did not work.
This is a very useful function.
