This will be resolved once the maintainers merge #186

It requires updating keycloak-js so it knows how to handle the new parameters returned from the keycloak server.

As a workaround, if you're using npm cli > 8.3.0, you can override the dependency like so;

I needed to delete node_modules and re-run npm install.
