Some valid IATA codes are missing from the airports dataframe

I know a bulk(if not all) of the airport information comes from OpenFlights. Is there a way for you to poke them to update their database? Or is it better if I poke them myself?

Include passenger numbers

It would be useful if there were a function or argument that includes passenger numbers to help select the most likely airport given a city name. For example, if I choose Los Angeles and search within 50km, a number of airports are included. If that could contain (or be sorted by) passenger number, that could help in the automatic selection (via a user's function) of the most likely airport used.

Extend lookup function to take multiple arguments

Either document how to use lapply/map with function call or add flexibility to use vectors of codes.

Update pkgdown internals and yaml

Pkgdown doc site is using an outdated version of pkgdown to generate material. Update requires rewriting parts of the _pkgdown.yml config file.

Works great, but could you please add ability to use country abbreviations?

It is great, but there is one additional functionality that would be cool.

This would be changing it so that if you type, for example, city_airports("London","UK"), it comes up with airports in the UK only.
