Missing `/usr/include`

GCC still expects /usr/include instead of /apps/inc or /apps/include.

Software looking for `/apps/include` instead of `/apps/inc`

Lots of software look for /apps/include instead of /apps/inc...I might just stick with /apps/include

Undefined Terminal

"unknown terminal type." when clearing terminal. /system/data/terminfo is a "NetBSD Constant Database" instead of a directory of of files containing terminal definitions. If I copy the directory /usr/share/terminfo from another host, issue is gone.

/etc required

/etc still expected by bash to resolve users. When chroot-ing, there is a"I have no name!" prompt.
If a symlink is made from /systm/etc to / then prompt goes away.

Issue with how Bash was compiled? Or does bash need patching?

Make still expects `/bin/sh`

Musl libc wont compile in chroot. make complains that "/bin/sh" does not exist. Yet executing 'failing' commands execute fine... just not by make.

/dev still required

/dev still expected to be present instead of /system/dev. Lots of scripts (i.e. configure of autotools) expect /dev/null.
