Change to Travis for pipeline

Would allow for testing Windows Ansible playbook roles.

1. Install Ansible in WSL.
2. Run config ps1 on Windows host.
3. From WSL, SSH to localhost:22 of the Windows host to execute Ansible playbook.

Add post install steps for Docker to playbook

Provide bootstrap scripts to Cloud team for Terraform VM provisioning

• Script should leave VMs in a state where they can run Ansible and/or be managed by a control node.
• Enable ubuntu-desktop and xrdp on UbuntuServer as well? May leave this for Ansible to manage.

Add task to install ubuntu-desktop and xrdp

• xrdp will need to bind to 443 (limitation of VM environment).

Fix ubuntu-desktop/xrdp when xrdp-debian.yml runs more than once

Currently there's a bug that if xrdp-debian.yml runs a second time on a Ubuntu host, you can no longer RDP to the host (connection error returned from xrdp).

Test playbook runs on SSC AzureStack

Playbook should be able to run after Terraform has created a new VM.

Convert playbooks to use Ansible roles
