THe deck created for the Pilot needs to be sent out to Volunteers.

CISO Q&A on Slack

During the pilot - to increase engagement and interest in Slack, we would like to have Shannon hold a Q&A on slack.

Requirements:

• Communique sent from Shannon announcing the Event
• A tweet for Shannon to send at the same time as the communique
• A tweet for Shannon to announce the Q&A is starting
• A tweet for Shannon to send after the event (thank you, etc. May be modified based on the questions asked during the event)
• 30 minutes to Shannon's time
• A space to have 2-4 people sit with Shannon, to assist her during the Q&A

Considerations

• We should probably involve the Comms team
• Who should the communique be sent to? All of SSC, CIO org only?
