Add a multi-observations feature for DEVS SIR models

Data collector built for version 0.1.1 allows the user to have global view of the system.

In surveillance we want to test different observation strategies. A disease model must be able to answer distinctively to several observations models.

Create surveillance collector models

In version 0.2.0 we start implementing the model of the disease surveillance. We will start by building three simple models of surveillance data collection.

They must: Collect data according to their caracteristics (Xray, Sampling or Passive), store the identity and status of collected nodes (in order to eventualy perform a control) and estimate the global prevalence (nbInfected / nbTotal).

  • Xray collector Observe every nodes regularly with a given sensibility and specificity
  • Sampling collector Observe a sample of the nodes regularly with a given sensibility and specificity
  • Passive collector Recieves infection information from the nodes

Add connections with data_collector in generated network

In version 0.1.1, the disease network is automaticaly generated. We need to automaticaly properly connect the data_collectors with each node of the network.

The task must be done in two steps:

  • Automaticaly link the observation data_collector (built in version 0.1.0) to have a global view of the network state (On the base of the graph generation example "translator_automaton.vpz")
  • Add a multi-observation feature.

Clean and finish DEVS SIR model

transmission model of DEVS SIR model is infecting alll its neighbours at the same time. It does not fit to its specification.
