Ever wonder? What if you want to send bulk messages to hundreds of your friends for your upcoming birthday party or any other event..or.. you are a head staff member of your company and your boss has ordered you to inform all the clerks and employees about tomorrow's meeting and you are hitting your head on the wall and asking yourself how to perform these actions in actual? Right? Well, in this way my WhatsApp Bot is ready to help you in performing these tasks without actual human interaction.

  It is absolutely no doubt very annoying for anybody to keep repeatedly perform a certain task without getting bored and tired especially expecially when it comes to sending bulk messages or emails to hundreds of people.Well, it quite seems very obvious that no one would like to linearly visit each contact and send messages about the activity and missing a cup of coffee at work.In this way AUTOMATION comes in handy to let the computer perform these repeatative tasks so that you can actually focus on other important tasks or goals which you really should.

• Bot

  A Bot or a Robot is actually powered by AI (artificial intelligence) or most importantly Computers sort of speak.It means that a bot or robot is actually programmed by a real human so that it keeps performing the task until final condition is met or reached.Similarly, if we connect these ideas and technologies,the result we get is an Automated Bot.

• Python and Selenium

  You might probably hear about Python a very powerful and highly advanced programming language that can be used to perform any task with or without human interaction.Python is greatly used for Data Science and Machine Learning.It can also be used as a general purpose backend language for web application/mobo/desktop app etc.Moreover it is used to design and develop Machine Learning Models and artificial Neural Networks to let the program/software behave as much as human and make it real-time interactive.Selenium is a library with powerful functions that can be used to perform web based Automated tasks such as automating your Facebook/Instagram account or filling out web-based forms and etc.Selenium and Python can be together used together to make these tasks come in action.

Instructions

It is really simple to use this script to automate your WhatsApp messages.You just need to have a Desktop/PC/Laptop and Chrome browser installed on it.Follow the steps below to run this script perfectly.

1. Download .zip file and unzip it.Run.
2. In the terminal window, start entering names of contact you want to send messages
3. When typing names of contact, be sure to type correct name and that contact name should be in your WhatsApp contact list.
4. If a contact isn't in the list, computer will display the error.
5. After typing names, you should type n or no to send messages
6. Scan the QR code and be quick asap because time delay is no more longer than 15 seconds.
7. If you failed to scan the QR code within given time, then you should restart the program.
8. Okay, sit back and watch the automation going on the screen.WARNING: Don't put hands on the keyboard.
9. After sending to all the contacts, browser will automatically be closed and you are returned back to the terminal.
10. You should see the names of the contact who has been sent the messages.
