36 keys layout

Hi,
thanks for a great keyboard. Did you consider to create also a 36 keys layout similar to Swoop? I'm aware of sweep36 keyboards, but Urchin and Swoop have simply nicer PCB shape. I'm ready to order and test PCBs, but unfortunately I lack free time to modify PCB design itself.

Remove diode footprint from the top surface

Following up on the comment in PR #5, I think this is better to discuss in an Issue first.

...
Also I agree with moving the diodes now that they will be soldered on the bottom side, but the diodes on the top surface should be removed at the same time.

With removing the Diods on the top side, do you mean something like what was done in #6? (the right through hole could also be removed I think)

If you are interested, I could start fresh from the current main and replace the diods. Result would look something like

Footprint '* duckyb-collection:***' not found

Hi! Love your work here <3 I have the Sweep myself and wanted to build a Urchin as well, but as my first ever keyboard modification I'm trying to make it a 40 key layout as I saw you had 3 missing keys in the matrix ๐Ÿ˜Š

  • One more thumb key
  • One more column with two pinky keys

Now I should say that I'm a full blown KiCAD noob, but I'm getting errors that I believe indicates that I'm missing a library. Is this something you have shared somewhere? ๐Ÿ˜‡
