Can not parse array element in node-jquery/node-jsdom

jpath.util.isArray is :

    isArray: function(arr) {
        return arr instanceof Array;
    }

But the arr is not a global.Array instance when use node-jquery json converter .
In fact , the node-jquery is using the node-jsdom , and the node-jsdom is using node-contextify to create a window context .

  , Contextify = require('contextify');

var sandbox = {};
var context = Contextify(sandbox);
var window = context.getGlobal();

var jsonstr = '{"items":[1,2,3,4]}';
var obj = window.JSON.parse(jsonstr);

console.log(window.Array === global.Array);        //false
console.log(obj.items instanceof Array);           //false
console.log(obj.items instanceof window.Array);    //true
console.log(Object.prototype.toString.call(obj.items) === '[object Array]'); //true

var r = jpath(obj , '.items');
console.log(r);  //output [[1,2,3,4]] but expect [1,2,3,4]
