Cut dependency on Ring

Currently, MaterialColors depends on Ring by using the method #methodsInProtocol:.

We should remove this dependence.

Add #asRGBA on colors to help with style

Do not upgrade to lastest Metacello since MDL will be managed via Iceberg

Add some more tests

We could add tests for:

• MDLColor class>>#tint:
• MDLColor class>>#tint:code:
• MDLColor>>#isAccentuated

Those seem simple but they will help to ensure the behaviour is correct on Gemstone. (internally it uses strings and symbols and they work differently in Gemstone)
