Include SSP readers for other stellar models

The generalised interpolation and CSP generation in mkCSPs_dev can be readily applied to any other set of SSPs, all that is required is an appropriate SSP class which can read in the data and structure it as required.

Planned inclusions:

• BPASS
• Maraston

python3 compatability

I think xrange should also be removed for python3 compatability. I won't submit a pull request since its a minor fix.

Convert to proper module for better installation

Want the whole lot to be easily installable and listable on PyPI.
Should use the astropy affiliated package as a template and convert. This should involve refactoring so that the fitting and mock observation parts use the same base classes and the different fitting methods are a new set of classes.
