Switched-off containers do not get added

If a container is switched off and the DockerKit-container gets restartet it will not appear on the view.
If the container is startet and the DockerKit-container gets restartet it will be added.

So all containers in the containerNames array have to be switched on to see them inside of the home-app.

Incorrect path for config.json in Docker

The example docker-compose.yml file uses this as a volume: ./config.json:/app/config.json however inside the image pulled from Docker Hub, the config actually lives at /usr/app/config.json

Rewrite in TypeScript

Due to Hacktoberfest I thought it'd be great if this module is being rewritten in TypeScript.
