Bruteforce attack for .rar using unrar

usage: pyrarcrack.py [-h] [--start START] [--stop STOP] [--verbose VERBOSE]
                     [--alphabet ALPHABET] [--file FILE]

Python combination generator to unrar

optional arguments:
  -h, --help           show this help message and exit
  --start START        Number of characters of the initial string [1 -> "a", 2-> "aa"]
  --stop STOP          Number of characters of the final string [3 -> "ßßß"]
  --verbose VERBOSE    Show combintations
  --alphabet ALPHABET  alternative chars to combinations
  --file FILE          .rar file [file.rar]

Example

$ python pyrarcrack.py --start 10 --stop 10 --file example_path.rar --alphabet 1234567890

Password found: 1234567890

pyrarcrack's Issues

option to incorporate inside code

pyrarcrack is a cli tool, but in many cases we need import this lib inside other codes. Nothing in special, but the code run inside __main__. Is a problem to reuse then.

Dicionários de senhas são bem interessantes, principalmente para bruteforcing. Talvez seja interessante implementar neste projeto!

Option to read a dictonary file

Today only option is based on string combinations. But we need implementate a option to read a file and read line to line and try open rar

Yes, I made sure the rar exists, if it doesn't it gives you a different error.
