Generate an address that is a valid BlsScalar from a contract

bake should be able to compile a contract and generate a 32 bytes that is the contract's address and also a valid BlsScalar.

This could be done using the following approach:

1. Parse the Cargo.toml to fetch author(s), package's name and version
2. Using Blake2 to output 64 bytes passing the above data as input, plus the WASM bytecode
3. Create a valid BlsScalar from the above 64 bytes and output in its 32 bytes from: that would be the contract address
