Update code structure to no longer include unloaded state
Since the wallet is immediately loaded upon node startup, this state of the CLI app no longer needs to exist.
Implement interval-based node-availability checking
Implement `viewmempool` RPC call
There should be an option for the user to call the newly added viewmempool method, allowing for options to filter for certain items, as allowed by the method.
Deprecate JSON-RPC communication in favor of gRPC
