If there are no computed variables, use temps to represent local reads/writes during binding. This will reduce the number of array reads/writes in generated IL.

Stack usage optimization

When a StackPushStmt is encountered and the first expression of the next statement is a StackPopExpr, the expression that was pushed can be inlined.

Implement 'set_colour' opcode

This should unblock the game, Bronze

Remove lowering phases and perform lowering during initial binding

The lowering phases are a bit contrived at the moment. We could just do these during initial binding and save the rewrites.

Remove Address type

This type is a bit of a pain and doesn't really help all that much. Also, it isn't used at runtime.

Temp usage optimization

If a temp has a single usage, and that usage is in the next statement, the temp can be inlined. In order to avoid stack imbalance, temps that are assigned with a StackPopExpr can only be inlined if the temp is used as the first expression in the next statement.

Add profiling support

Need to add profiling information within the NZag runner to track performance characteristics of a running game
