Move action button to other location

On desktop: Move action button to a more logic location (top left) and show all actions by default.

share-recipe: don't share to user that you already shared that recipe with

you can share the same recipe to the same user multiple times. that is a bit stupid

Feature request: Make steps and ingredients reorderable

I was filling in a recipe a with ingredient. After I finished providing all the ingredients, I noticed I could have put them in a better order (spices together etc).

Would it be possible to make the re order the ingredients ?
