I tried to use the library using my data. But I have these error in the step

$ mgr.new(data, mdl)

anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/dgeclust/stats.py:250: RuntimeWarning: divide by zero encountered in log
lcp = np.log(1-v).cumsum()

What is your recommendation
Please help.

Question about dendrogram

Hope you are okay,

I've created python 3.6 and 2.7 environment in ARM64 through pyenv and Conda. However, the same error arises when I want to call the following command in python: from dgeclust import CountData, SimulationManager.

Do you have some suggestions?
Perhaps it will be great if this package were built for R Statistics programming language as other RNAseq analysis packages.

Having trouble with DGEclust

In importing dgeclust, I keep getting "No module named 'manager'". Is there something I need to do to fix this?
