[BUG] Loop when asked for a numerical input but entered a letter

Describe the bug
The game goes into a loop when it asks for a numerical input but the player types in a letter instead of a number.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any prompt asking for a number.
  2. Type a letter.
  3. Press enter.
  4. See error.

Expected behavior
The program should not go into a loop.

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Version 1.0.1

[BUG] Loop after encountering the wheelhouse upgrade merchant

Describe the bug
The game goes into a loop when the user encounters the wheelhouse upgrade merchant and the user inputs anything after the upgrade screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Try encountering the merchant.
  2. Finish the screen (can accept or decline upgrade).
  3. On the next screen, type anything.
  4. See error.

Expected behavior
User should be able to buy/sell/go to the Iron Bank/ride the wheelhouse normally, instead game goes into a loop.
