Always Double Digits doesnt work on first tick

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on 'Always Double Digits'
3. Start a timer / stopwatch
4. See error

Double digits to always be on even on first tick

Timer goes onto negative after reset

The timer is not meant to go into negative numbers but after a reset it will if no number is inputed

The scroll bars for the X direction show up on certain devices

Only an overflow bar on the Y axis.
