Add cid v0 option

We need to support cid v0 for DXvote, CIDs that start with Qm where v1 starts with bafy
Just needs a check when calculating the hash

Add availability endpoint

An endpoint to find all pinned content using /availability on ipfs cluster then tallying up the number of nodes it is replicated on

Add pin with transaction hash endpoint

A more secure way of ensuring content is not spam would be taking a cid hash and a transaction hash. We would then need to look up the network to fetch the transaction, ensure it was calling the correct code on the correct contract, decompile and check the hash matches.
RPC and configurations for each chain would have to be added.
We would also have to check how long this takes to complete since it relies on fetching data and could go over our current limits on vercel.

Add DXvote schema

Currently we only check against the guilds schema but we need to support DXvote also, it should be very similar but also likely needs a new schema made since one does not currently exist
I believe it adds title and tags and removes voteOptions
