need help to calibrate

hello Im using ur project for calculate body fat ...

I finished the circuit design but how to use the circuit and also how to put the resistors in between +iout , -iout and +vout,-vout
for calibration ad5933 and Earn the gain factor .
I use 1kohm resistors for calibration and I tried different ways to put it between the pins but I couldn't get the correct gain factor.
For example For the first time, I put the resistance of 1 kohm and get the gain, and for the second time, using the same gain, I put the resistance of 470 ohms, but it shows the wrong value.
I dont know how to exactly put the resistor in the circuit please help me
