A heavy work in progress, with obvious bugs, and missing features.

Issues with SCANBIT

There's an issue with SCANBIT: the right half has the columns reversed, which is a problem, because other plugins currently assume that both sides order the columns the same way. I think that it makes more sense to have a uniform ordering, than to place ifdefs in plugins.

This will likely induce changes in AtmegaScanner too, and I'm not quite sure how to best handle the issue, or if my explanation is clear.

Not a terribly high priority task, as most things will work reliably as it is.
