No example is working

Tried Forms and WebApi demo, both have the same issue when doing a simple clone. Opening the *.sln, building the solution ( for nuget packages) and running the projects.

• Cannot read configuration file

Are you sure these samples are working? I'm using Visual Studio 2015.

When I'm using the WebApi project and sign a document I have the following error

When i debug it, I have the following trace:

Allow Only one national number to sign document

Hello,

I wonder if it's possible to allow only one person to sign a document if we only know his national number ?

I know we can add an authorization for a card number but is that possible to do it with the national number of the person.
