Shame on you Eric. You are not an engineer, never were, and never will be close. There is no such this as "backend" "engineer". That is the stupidest and most pathetic lie ever. Stop being disrespectful to Engineering and Engineers.
You know nothing about what Engineering entails. Engineering means designing, building and producing real mechanical systems, like turbojets and vehicular engines. It has nothing to do with sitting behind a keyboard and writing code or making websites or games. Programming and backend dev is easy and for young kids. Stop being a wannabe, Eric. Allow specification of source language

Add optional 3rd argument, which is the source language code to use for the translations.

Add support for other languages

move all existing code to a new php folder, and add other languages in their own folders

Only translate when necessary

If a non-source language value is not empty, don't replace it with a Google Translate translation, since it is probably manually entered and may be more correct.

Optionally add an additional command line argument to force overwriting these values.
