Cannot install TILT on aarch64

When uname -m outputs aarch64, asdf will fail to install TILT due to the download link does not exist for aarch64 but for arm64 it does exist.

I believe aarch64 and arm64 refer to the same architecture?

If so, then I think we can just alter this function:

get_arch() {
  # the tilt builds arch names match the output of uname -m exactly.
  uname -m
}

To return arm64 if the result from uname -m is aarch64, to be able to download the same binary of arm64

Hello! Thanks for the plugin, it's been a big help. Unfortunately, it doesn't support arm64 architectures so it's not working on mac osx machines with m1 chips. I could probably submit a PR to fix this, but I wasn't sure if this was on your roadmap.
