Status Bar Item for Munki's Managed Software Update

Introduction

MunkiMenu makes Managed Software Update easily accessible. It lives in the status bar and is a wrapper for the "Managed Software Update.app" in the Utilities folder.

Alternate Keys

Pressing alternate keys while the menu is selected will bring up some additional options.

1. As of version 0.3.0 the selecting an optional install item will either install or uninstall that item.

munkimenu's Issues

Consider packacking the Pre-Install, Post-Install, and Post-Uninstall Scripts with the binary

Moving these scripts out of the Readme and into the application itself will allow people's preinstalls script to become:

#!/bin/bash
/Applications/Utilities/MunkiMenu.app/Contents/Resources/preinstall

And will make it easier for you (the developer) to change the install/uninstall process and make the admin's job easier.
