Write tests for all major functionality

camelCase

Most of the time front ends expect properties to be camel cased, not snake cased. By default laravel's eloquent ORM is all snake cased.

I would like to request in the next major version that all interactions with the api be camel cased. This can be done by overriding getAttribute and setAttribute functions of the model, as described here:

RC3 Version of Jsonapi

Update code to produce JSON that matches the current spec of jsonapi.org.

Stop loading non-included exposed relationships!

Right now the code loads all exposed relationships, which can be intensive and slow. I would like to refactor so that if a relationship is not specifically asked to be included, it is not lazy loaded.

The one issue to figure out with this is that currently the type of the relationship is defined by model's table name, which we load the relationship to get. I need to think of some other way to either get the table name of the related resource, or use something else as the type, like maybe the model name? Maybe I can get the model of the relationship without doing a load, like with this function: http://laravel.com/api/5.0/Illuminate/Database/Eloquent/Relations/Relation.html#method_getRelated
