Request for VPN icon

Hello! I would very much appreciate a "VPN" icon to be added to the series, as I use them regularly in my network diagrams. Typically it's a padlock icon. I did the best I could, but the icons don't have thumbnails and such. Here's a .zip with the ones I tried to make:

Wanted: Symbol for proxy server

Symbol: Component

A symbol for an "Application component" would be a useful addition to the VM symbol (e.g. to symbol a component or module), in situations where one would want to diagram the internals of a data center, or a software solution.

The "Component" symbol from ArchiMate is kind of universal (line two on the left):

Incorrect gray color on square symbols

The correct gray color is rgb(77,77,77), it is slightly off on some square symbols, making automatic color replace hard. (Circled symbols has been fixed.)

Visio 2019 corruption issue

When I open the stencil in Visio 2019 it says "Visio cannot open the file or a component in the file because it is corrupt."

hello, thank you very much to share that peace of art with every body, but still do have issues when i want to implement them on PT because of there dimension, i had to convert them to png and then adjusting the size with paint to fit in PT. but when doing that the image lose its pixels quality, please help me!!

Lucid Chart SVG import error

Thank you for the SVG files! In Lucid SVG files come in as solid circles. I brought this issue up to Lucid, they had to modify the SVG in Inkscape to correct "path issues" they found with the files. It had to do with direction of paths. I've checked them with Affinity Designer and SVG debug websites. Couldn't find any issues. Not sure what the issue is, they found.

Phone Stencil?

Are you still working on these? I want to request a stencil for a phone if possible. I really like these but I work in telephony and don't see one in here.

Add GNS3 versions of the symbols to this repository?

I've created GNS3 optimized versions of your fine symbol set by using the Inkscape program, see https://github.com/ehlers/affinity/tree/GNS3

Changes:

• size changed to 60x60px
• reduced the number of waypoints by Inkscape path simplify, that reduces the size of the symbols
• blue symbols created from the gray version by text replacement (using sed)

Two symbols are missing in the svg directory, for GNS3 I recreated them:

• svg/circle/blue/c_client_vm_blue.svg
• svg/square/gray/sq_switch.svg

I see two options now, both are fine for me.
I can create a pull request, that allows an easy integration of the GNS3 symbols into your repository.
Or I keep the GNS3 symbols in my repository and update them, when you change the originals.

What do you think?

Can you add a reference page (html/md/png) with ALL available symbols and their names on a single page for reference?

Create new icons with clean code

Hello,

I've been following your project with great interest for a while now and I'm wondering how to create icons with such light code as the ones you've created?

I have created some with Inkscape (which have since been added to the project) but the source code is filthy because it's very polished with useless code. Do you master SVG to the point of doing it with a word processor or is there a tool that can do it?

I don't see myself contributing to the project by proposing icons with filthy source code...

Is it possible to create a way to import them easily to Visio?

I found this one, but I was looking for the square ones.

Love your work on this symbol set! So clean and pixel perfect.

Any possibilities you share how you made the visio stencils out of the svg set? My goal is to have the symbols as Visio stencils in black and in gray.
