Is there any plan to support 0.9?

Hi,

I haven't tried influxdb-backup yet but I'm wondering how fast is it? Say you have tens of million records in the DB - would it perhaps be a better idea then to simply do a whole drive backup/restore instead of using influxdb-backup?

passwords need to be url-encoded

if passwords aren't url-encoded, special characters are not interpreted properly.

Can't unmarshal array into Go value

I'm not sure if this is an influxdb problem, or an influxdb-backup problem.

If you attempt to restore the following file, you get the following error:

2014/10/15 15:54:55 json: cannot unmarshal array into Go value of type string


influxdb-restore -database herp -password='correct-horse-battery-staple -username='derp' -host='influxdb.example.com:8086' -in foo.json

I've verified that this is valid json, yet I still get the above error.

Feature Request - Prompt for password

This script is great, It would be really nice if influxdb-backup could prompt for a password so it isn't stored in my history.

In other programs (like mysql) if you provide a -p that is null, it will prompt.

an option to ignore ssl certificate errors would be handy for self-signed certificates.

Compatible with version 0.8.5 ?
